Master's degree in microsystems, electronics and optoelectronics at a technical university in Poland.
Built a rigorous scientific foundation in physics and materials science; developed the analytical and experimental skills required for advanced research.
Stage 2: skills acquired
Doctoral research position in Germany, joining a group focused on materials for photovoltaic applications.
Gained specialist knowledge of how photovoltaic materials behave at atomic level; developed experimental research skills and academic publishing experience.
Stage 3: how she learned it
Postdoctoral research, followed by establishing her own research group.
Shifted research focus toward sustainable photoelectrochemical systems; began contributing to clean hydrogen production as a renewable energy solution.
Stage 4: how she learned it
Leading her own Junior Research Group at TU Ilmenau.
Driving forward research into semiconductor materials for photoelectrochemical water splitting; mentoring the next generation of researchers working on global sustainability challenges.
