Provided a strong academic foundation for designing and delivering training activities, communicating effectively with different audiences and adapting educational content to learners' needs.
Stage 2: skills acquired
Long-term on-the-job experience as a trainer at ASCAE and direct interaction with young people.
Developed the ability to adapt communication methods to different learners and recognised that the way information is communicated can significantly influence young people's engagement and learning.
Stage 3: how she learned it
Continuous professional practice, development and delivery of green-sector training activities, and ongoing updating of knowledge in a constantly evolving field.
Designed and delivered training activities for young people on green-sector topics, using engaging and practical learning methods. Contributed to raising awareness of sustainability and gender equality within the green sector.
Stage 4: how she learned it
Supports young people in accessing information about green sectors and makes sustainability-related resources easier to understand through simple, engaging and learner-centred communication.
