Developed the ability to understand cultural and community contexts, communicate ideas effectively and approach local heritage and environmental issues from a broader social perspective.
Stage 2: skills acquired
Hands-on involvement in FAI Giovani initiatives, volunteering and direct participation in local events and awareness activities.
Gained practical experience in involving young people and local communities in initiatives linking sustainability, education and cultural heritage protection.
Stage 3: how she learned it
Learning by doing, experimentation, teamwork and collaboration with associations, institutions and local stakeholders.
Developed more interactive and inclusive initiatives that made sustainability topics easier for the public to engage with, while collaborations with external organisations helped extend the reach and continuity of local activities.

Practical coordination of local initiatives, collaboration with volunteers and stakeholders, and continued networking across associations and institutions.
Contributed to local events connected with national initiatives such as the Giornate FAI, helping attract more young participants and volunteers, strengthen the local network and encourage a more active and conscious relationship with sustainability.
Stage 5: how she learned it
16 years of professional experience, research, mentoring and continuous learning, including the use of AI and language-learning tools.
Supports schools in Malta and Gozo in reaching sustainability targets and promotes approaches that encourage students to critically assess environmental issues and take positive action.
