Co-founded Green Skip Services Ltd. in 1992, introducing Malta's first skip services.

Developed from having no knowledge of skips to becoming an expert in waste-management operations, able to communicate confidently and make independent business decisions.

An evening course in Environmental Science at the University of Malta, combined with UK courses, journals, exhibitions and conferences.
Expanded her understanding beyond the commercial side of waste collection, identifying international approaches to improve Maltese waste-management practices.
Fase 4: come lo ha imparato
Specialist training and collaboration with the health department, continuous sector research, and 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience.
Helped establish new methodologies for clinical waste handling and material recovery, and progressed to Chairperson and Managing Director overseeing sales, business development and specialist teams.

Decades of professional practice, industry participation, professional networking and supporting younger professionals.
Contributed to the development of waste-management practices in Malta, received multiple environmental and entrepreneurial awards, and now mentors aspiring professionals and businesses.
