Bilo je va\u017eno i zadr\u017eati \u0161iri pregled i razviti dubinsku stru\u010dnost. U isto vrijeme, u po\u010detku nisam bio siguran \u017eelim li vi\u0161e raditi kao tehni\u010dar ili u interdisciplinarnijoj, povezuju\u0107oj ulozi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kroz svoje iskustvo u razli\u010ditim podru\u010djima kao \u0161to su znanost, in\u017eenjerski uredi i veleu\u010dili\u0161ta, shvatio\/la sam da se ugodnije osje\u0107am u ulozi posrednika. To mi je pomoglo da prona\u0111em svoje mjesto u profesionalnom smislu i bolje iskoristim svoj potencijal. Ponekad znam sam(a) sebi stati na put, ali na tome kontinuirano radim. Mentorski programi mi, primjerice, poma\u017eu oja\u010dati samopouzdanje.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tako\u0111er mi je vrlo va\u017eno ostati zainteresirana za nove tehnologije i inovativna rje\u0161enja. To je klju\u010dni temelj za daljnji razvoj u ovom podru\u010dju. U ovom projektu pru\u017eam podr\u0161ku \u0161kolama u regiji. Jednako je va\u017eno postavljati pitanja i znati kome se obratiti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va\u017ena spoznaja za mene jest biti svjestan vlastitih temeljnih kompetencija i nastaviti ih razvijati. \u0160to je \u0161ira temelj na kojoj stoji\u0161, to si sigurniji na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na primjer, jednom sam prilikom na razgovoru za posao dobio povratnu informaciju da mi nedostaje tehni\u010dkog znanja.
